Peanut salad is a street food . Basically peanut marinate with some of Bengali spices . Every ages people like this dish .Its also a very popular snacks in Bangladesh .
Ingredients
- 100 g. roasted peanut
- 30 g. chopped tomato
- 20 g. chopped Onion
- 01 tbsp. mustard oil
- 01 green chili
- 02 g. tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 05 g. coriander leaf
Method
# Cut the onion, tomato, green chili and coriander leaf with cube cut and place in a mixing bowl then assemble all the other ingredients .
# Mixed the roasted peanut with all the ingredients and serve it .
