Saadet Güngör graduated from Gazi University in 2004. She worked for the Ministry of National Education for 5 years, and she completed her second university degree in gastronomy. For 5 years, she worked as a Turkish cooking class instructor chef at the 39th Air Base Community Center. She is both an art teacher and an instructor chef. She is a international judge and a calligrapher. She is a guest lecturer in a scientific cookbook in Turkey.
Biplab Biswas is a Bangladeshi multi-cuisine chef trained at BHMTTI under City & Guilds, British Council Dhaka. He has worked with top hotels including Lakeshore, Six Seasons, and Sheraton Dhaka, mastering diverse cuisines. His hobbies include ice, fruit, and vegetable carving, cycling, and spending time with family.
