Currently the Executive Chef at Azure Lagoon Resort in Kalam, KPK, he oversees all culinary functions with a steadfast commitment to premium guest experiences and a culture of creativity.
Intekhab’s distinguished career spans Pakistan, the Middle East, and East Asia. His leadership roles include serving as Executive Sous Chef at Khoj Resort Karachi and Head Chef at prestigious Doha establishments, such as Hyderabad Darbar and Theek Restaurant. During his tenure in Japan, he managed diverse operations as Head Chef at Dera Restaurant before advancing to Executive Chef at Daera Restaurant, where he set high standards for international cuisine.
His professional foundation was built at world-class institutions, including Marriott International and the Sheraton Hotel in Karachi. With a deep passion for excellence and disciplined execution, Intekhab excels in menu engineering, cost control, and multicultural team development, consistently raising industry standards and inspiring the next generation of chefs.
