Born in Patuakhali, Riajul moved to the capital in 2016 with a singular vision: to blend the discipline of business management with the artistry of global gastronomy. Today, he is a specialized expert in Italian, French, and German cuisines, while maintaining a versatile command over Bengali, Indian, Thai, and Chinese flavors.

Currently serving as a Commis I at the 5-star Six Seasons Hotel, Riajul is unique in the culinary field for his strong academic foundation. While mastering the kitchen, he is also pursuing an MBA in Management, allowing him to excel not only in “authentic cooking” but also in the critical business aspects of the industry, such as inventory management, food costing, and kitchen operations. His goal is to become an internationally recognized culinary expert who represents true, heart-touching flavors through technical perfection.
