Germán Gabriel Sozzi is a dynamic and accomplished international culinary leader with over a decade of hands-on experience orchestrating high-volume kitchens, luxury hotel operations, and bespoke private dining experiences across South America, Europe, and the Middle East. Defined by a lifelong passion for hospitality and gastronomy, Germán blends rigorous technical foundations with a deeply adaptable, global approach to modern cuisine.

A 2014 graduate of the Argentinian Institute of Gastronomy with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Gourmet Chef, Germán’s professional journey spans an impressive spectrum of culinary styles. While grounded in classical French techniques, his expertise comfortably extends to authentic Argentinian grills, Mediterranean creations, Italian fine dining, Tex-Mex, and Middle Eastern gastronomy. He also holds specialized certifications in nutrition, healthy food standards, and food safety handling.

Throughout his career, Germán has held high-impact leadership roles in world-renowned establishments:

Global Luxury & Hospitality: He has served in prestigious properties such as the Kimpton Grand Roatán (IHG Group) in Honduras as Executive Sous Chef, where he oversees four luxury venues and manages a high-performing team of 80 culinary professionals. His international resume also includes serving as Senior Sous Chef at Joël Robuchon La Mer on Sindalah Island in Saudi Arabia.

Exclusive Catering & UHNWI Dining: In London, Germán served as Chef de Cuisine for Cam & Hopper, designing innovative seasonal menus for the city’s most exclusive venues. He also managed large-scale catering operations producing 500+ daily covers for Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) and elite corporate clients like Bentley and Ferrari across iconic landmarks such as the British National Museum and the Tower of London.

Boutique & Destination Leadership: Earlier in his career, he directed operations as Head Chef at the luxury boutique destination Hotel Faro Punta Delgada in Argentina, handling extensive seasonal banqueting, and successfully ran kitchen teams across high-end wine bars, luxury resorts, and private estates in Ibiza and Argentina.

Equally adept at driving kitchen profitability, managing large cross-cultural teams, and curating unforgettable wine-paired tasting menus, Germán continues to push the boundaries of modern hospitality, delivering exceptional culinary standards wherever his journey takes him.
