Biplab Biswas is a distinguished Bangladeshi Chef currently based in Ontario, Canada. Born on June 3, 1991, in Gopalganj, Bangladesh. Biplab is the son of Mr. Rathindra Nath Biswas and Mrs. Rita Biswas. Growing up in a family rich with generational culinary talent, he was naturally inspired to pursue a professional career in the kitchen.
He formalised his passion at BHMTTI, earning a diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts certified by City & Guilds and the British Council Dhaka. Since graduating, Biplab has become an integral part of several notable hotel culinary teams, quickly evolving into a versatile multi-cuisine chef. Outside of the kitchen, he is a dedicated artisan whose hobbies include the intricate craft of ice, fruit, and vegetable carving.
