Growing up in a family rich with generational culinary talent, he was naturally inspired to pursue a professional career in the kitchen.

He formalised his passion at BHMTTI, earning a diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts certified by City & Guilds and the British Council Dhaka. Since graduating, Biplab has become an integral part of several notable hotel culinary teams, quickly evolving into a versatile multi-cuisine chef.
