For Anna, confectionery isn’t just a career—it’s a lifelong passion. Based in Poland, Anna has dedicated 36 years to mastering the art of baking and pastry creation. Her rich journey began in the kitchens of various local bakeries, ranging from charming artisanal shops to large-scale confectionery enterprises.
Driven by entrepreneurship and a desire for perfection, Anna successfully ran her own confectionery business for 12 years. This hands-on experience allowed her to truly hone her skills and understand the ins and outs of running a sweet enterprise.
Seeking to broaden her impact, she later transitioned into the role of a confectionery technologist. In this position, Anna traveled the length and breadth of Poland, collaborating with diverse and talented confectioners, troubleshooting production challenges, and deeply understanding the unique needs of the industry.
Today, Anna has channeled her vast wealth of experience into a new mission. As a professional confectionery instructor, she conducts inspiring training courses—eagerly passing on her knowledge, time-tested skills, and secrets of the trade to anyone looking to expand their confectionery horizons.
