Archie Delos Reyes is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience working in various restaurants and hotels across the Philippines. He currently serves as the Sous Chef at the Red Hotel Cubao. A dedicated competitor, Archie frequently participates in culinary challenges to sharpen his craft. His notable achievements include winning the Tanay Rizal Fish Pace in August 2025 and, most recently, securing a bronze medal while representing the Philippine team in Vietnam on April 15, 2026. Every dish he presents in competition is an original creation.
